Welcome

The Culinary Arts, Baking  and Restaurant Practices Program offers a vast amount of hands on experiences in a kitchen setting and also theory lessons.  This website was designed for students in the program to have the ability to view weekly lessons within each marking period.

I encourage all students to work in a team environment and keep a positive attitude.  I embrace all students to be creative, discuss new innovative ideas and the latest food trends.

If you have any questions please contact me at the below link.
