CMTHS Student Restaurant 

​

All Culinary Arts students Level 2 & 3 will participate in the operations of the student restaurant.  

 

The CMTHS restaurant benefits the students in a variety of ways.  Students in the front of the house operations are able to learn customer service skills, restaurant server skills, restaurant management operations and use of the point of sale system.  Students in the back of the house learn skills as a Sous Chef, Executive Chef, Garde Manage, Baker, Executive Steward and Expediter.

The student restaurant is a non-profit restaurant and allow students to complete the PA Task List which is required to obtain a certification in Culinary Arts. 

​

Our restaurant is a teaching facility. It is operated and managed by students in a qualified learning environment. Your patience is appreciated.
