Daily Routine

Wait for the bell to enter the Culinary Arts Level 2 & 3 classroom
Get dressed in your full culinary uniform by the second bell. You may greet other students but please be respectful and keep quiet.
If you are late please do not disrupt class, go to the front office to obtain a late pass and give to Chef Wheeler. Try to get caught up as soon as possible when you return.
Start your journal entries with your daily tasks. When completed start on your lesson by viewing the website on weekly assignments.
Stay quiet and on task till Chef Wheeler takes attendance, after you stand and recite the pledge of allegiance and until the announcements are finished.
At this point Chef Wheeler will review what the lesson or lessons are for the day.
If you have a question for Chef Wheeler raise your hand if it is something private come to her desk quietly. If she is on the phone or talking to someone please be patient and wait till she is finished.
Please be respectful to all other students at all times.
